IMPORTANTE: anche ques'anno ricomincia il TWWC

Salve ragazzi vi scrivo per informarvi che anche quest'anno il TWWC avrà inizio presto, sono stato contattato personalmente dall'organizzatore con il compito di "pubblicizzare" un'pò il torneo tra gli italiani.

Queste sono le regole del torneo:

How is it decided what players will represent a country?

If more then 8 players sign up to represent 1 particular country then a 1vs1 player vs player qualifying round will begin where match assignments will be posted in the qualifying forum.

If 5-8 players sign up to fight for a particular country then the team will be created and advanced into Captain selection and country vs. country qualifying.

If less then 5 people sign up for a particular country then that country cannot take part in TWWC events.

Qualifying:
All teams that have been approved will advance into the country vs. country qualifying stage where teams will be put into 4 divisions and face off vs. other countries. The top 4 teams in every division according to points will advance into the Main TWWC tournament

Tournament play:

16 Teams will move on to the main tournament (never more, never less) and will be faced off at random against another team where they will play a best of 3 series (first to win 2 games moves on) this format will continue until there is only 4 teams left. Once there is only 4 teams left, then again the 4 teams are randomly paired off against each other and play a best of 3 series, but if a team loses they will play again in the bronze medal game, and the winning countries will play in the gold medal game.

le regole di battaglia sono queste e mi sembrano ragionevoli:

In game Rules: (version 1.2)

- Matches must be played on RTW version 1.2
- Matches will be fought in a 3vs3 format
- 12500 Denarii per player
- Max 6 on unit types
- Camera: Unrestricted
- Arcade Mode: Disabled
- Unit Size: Normal
- 8 Max Combat Cavalry (This includes Elephants and chariots)
- 4 Maximum Missile Cavalry
- Elephants are allowed but each team can only use a maximum of two
- Artillery is allowed but each team can only use a maximum of 5 artillery pieces
- Egypt is not allowed
- Fire arrows are allowed
- All battles will be fought on grassy flatland with weather selected at random
- Scored Resolution: off
- Max 1 Rome per team
- Max 1 faction of the same type per team
- Corner Camping or using the red line to a strategic advantage is banned in all forms

PLEASE NOTE:
League Officials are free to make decisions as they see fit and their ruling is final.

Negotiating other rules or new rules all together is fine but we do not want rule negotiating to become time consuming and the match being delayed. Therefore when an official of the TWWC feels rule negotiating is becoming time consuming or being dragged on he/she will step in and deliver the rules for the match, which will either be the default rules of the tournament or rules he/she formed from observing the negotiations.

allora le regole mi sembrano fattibili, sicuramente alcuni di voi storceranno il naso, io ultimamente gioco quasi sempre con queste regole, a differenza di quanto sembra ci si diverte abbastanza. poi è chiaro a chi non piace rome non saranno queste regole a fargli cambiare idea...

Io mi sono segnato per far vedere che l'italia è presente, chi è presente on-line e volesse segnarsi non esiti.
a dire il vero mi piacerebbe lasciare il mio "posto" a qualche giocatore veterano, qualcuno di quelli forti che in passato ha fatto volare in alto l'italia e che quest'anno ha abbandonato rome.

se volete un poco discutere delle regole avere chiarimenti ecc.. non abbiate paura di postare il ragazzo che organizza il torneo è molto disponibile e gentile

Quest'anno Canada Turchia e Polonia mi sembrano molto in forma

come ho risposto anche a caesar sull'altro forum le regole non sono incontestabili, se avete preferenze sulle regole potete sempre postare e discuterne con gli altri sul forum del twwc

(io personalmente sarei per un max 5 max 8 cav levando elefanti e artiglieria)

non è per smorzare gli entusiasmi, ma l'organizzazione di un torneo del genere richiede un pochino di tempo, e tra un mese si spera si stia tutti al mare . Settembre/Ottobre dovrebbe uscire l'espansione...io credo che se si farà questo torneo si farà con BI. Tutti i migliori hanno abbandonato Rome, e forse solo dopo l'espansione qualcuno tornerà.

eh pure tu hai ragione Paolo, anche io ci avevo pensato, effettivamente questo non è il periodo migliore per organizzare un torneo, appena possibile ne parlo con Nimble

Io una artiglieria a squadra la lascerei (5 sono veramente tante...).
Non credo che aspetteranno l'espansione per fare il torneo............

bhè cmq grosse risposte per il momento non ce ne sono. Se si escludono 4 nazionali, le altre non hanno ancora praticamente nessun iscritto o in alcuni casi 1. Se si vuole fare un TWWC semifinale e finale, si ok, non si aspetterà l'espansione. Senza contare che ad agosto è davvero difficile organizzare un match 3v3. Pensare di rifarlo come lo scorso anno con gireone eliminatorio quarti semi e finale con questo gioco ad agosto credo sia impossibile.

So che pochi di voi giocano ancora a RTW ma mi piacerebbe che la "NAZIONALE" rappresentasse veramente TUTTI quindi... non fate i timidi e proponetevi!!!!
